How We Work

All you need to know about how we recruit

  1. We advertise all our vacancies on a wide selection internet job board sites (probably where you heard about us)
  2. As you complete your application you will receive an automated confirmimg your login details to our online system. This allows you to make changes to your details and to track your application, and book interviews where appropriate.
  3. If there is any essential information missing, we will contact you by email and advise you that your application is not complete.
  4. HR Connexions will email you at every stage of the recruitment process to advise you of your status and anything you need to do to help your application.
  5. Although all employers are have direct access to your application, HR Connexions also operates a primary screening service for the employer and will screen your application against the specific vacancy criteria. This can only be based on the information you have provided which includes your CV, Application Form and Cover Letter.   6. You will be advised if you have reached the primary shortlist around the closing date of the advert. Your application will then be forward to the hiring company (this will include your personal details).
  7. HR Connexions does not interview applicants! If you are successful for interview, you will be contacted by email or phone to arrange a suitable time.
  8. If you are unsuccessful for short list or interview, then HR Connexions will advise you by email.
  9. We only select applicants relevant to specific and genuine vacancies, your details will be kept on our database for 6 months. You will be notified by email at 6 months that your details are going to be removed, if you wish to keep your details on our system, please follow the instructions to log in.
